Hello — who dis?
Hi there, my name is Mariia, and I’ve stopped trying to pick one thing to be. I’m a data engineer in Stockholm, I’m an artist — I paint and it’s a big part of my life — and I’m proven autistic and self-diagnosed ADHD, working through a long 10+ years burnout.
This blog is the AuDHD side of my life. The art has its own home; here I write about everything around how I manage to live life instead of surviving — managing energy, the setup I’m building so that I don’t over-extend, what actually helps me post-burnout, and whatever new thing I am hyperfocusing on currently.
The name comes from spoon theory. I get only so many spoons a day, and honestly most of what I’ve worked out is about spending them well — stopping at somewhere good instead of pushing to 100% and crashing.
